RESERVATIONS are confirmed upon receipt of 50% of the total rental fee within 5 days of making the reservation (fully refundable if reservation cancelled at least 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date). Balance of rental fees; a Cleaning Fee per stay of $70, a refundable $200 Security Deposit for keys, loss and damages, paid by SEPARATE CHECK, are due two (2) weeks before arrival. (The check for security deposit will be held and returned by mail to renter within 5 days of checkout with return of keys and no evidence of damages or losses.)
